2025 Transportation Improvement Inventory
In support of the Connect Goal for Landscapes3, the Planning Commission completed an update of the Transportation Improvement Inventory (TII) for 2025, a comprehensive record of known transportation needs and projects within Chester County. View the TII.

Consistency Letter Requests
CCPC provides consistency letters for projects that advance the goals of the Chester County Comprehensive Plan (Landscapes3) or other policy documents such as the Chester County Climate Action Plan. They are documents required by specific grant programs confirming that a potential project is consistent with Landscapes3. Fill out the form to request a consistency letter request.
Brandywine Battlefield Historical Study
The Brandywine Battlefield Phased Study is now complete! There are three phases covering the battlefield's northern, southern, and eastern areas including the actions and events that led up to, and occurred on the day of the battle, September 11, 1777. View the study.
Building Conservation and Energy Efficiency — A Toolkit for Municipalities
CCPC teamed up with the Montgomery County Planning Commission to develop a toolkit to help municipalities encourage new buildings with the lowest energy impact possible through their codes and ordinances. View the toolkit.
