2022 A+ Homes Forum — Decoding Housing Proformas

Learn the actual costs of building new A+ Homes in Chester County during the Chester County Planning Commission's annual Housing Forum on Tuesday, November 15!

This year's forum will take place at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in West Chester and via Zoom from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Example proformas will be presented by Ryan Bailey of Pennrose, followed by a panel discussion with local developers and a municipal official on actionable municipal strategies to help make A+ Homes pencil out.
